A US Democratic presidential hopeful was asked whether he once belonged to a radical Islamic sect. He denied it vehemently!
Another Republican presidential candidate said he would never have Muslims in his cabinet if elected.
Westerners are quick to brand Muslims as terrorists and suicide bombers.
A British MP banned veiled Muslim women from visiting him in his office.
And the “university pope” quotes a medieval emperor as lambasting Prophet Muhammad.
The offensive statement: “Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.”
Now the questions Muslims should be asking are: “Why do they hate us?” “What’s wrong with Islam?”

Im personally trying to understand Islam although i follow a different religion myself. Who is the one who really understands Islam? Can someone really make me understand Islam and its true meaning? I really wonder can a religion possibly justify killing of innocents, unarmed women and children? These are some questions that keep plauging my mind. Is Islam really so endangered by the NON BELIEVERS that to survive it has to resort to JEHAD? I really dont think so personally but the reality may be different in some other part of the world to which i dont have access to. So i may be speaking in isolation here but still from all that i understand Islam is not really so endangered that it would justify JEHAD. I really dont know how many muslims in this world actually feel and would agree with the concept of a Jehadi in the present world situation. My personal interaction with most of the Muslims tells me otherwise, None of those people really agreed with concept of islamist terrorism that plauges the world of this day. None of them could feel happy about various killings that have been carried out world over by various predominantly muslim terrorist organisations. I have complete regards for Islam and Muslims, we all are same flesh and blood, but cant we all leave in peace togther? Cant we let the other person be? U GROW I GROW...
LETS GROW TOGETHER.. In the article by Arthur Zulu there was a mention of various incidents wherein the muslims were victimised just because they followed a particular faith and the holy book of Kuran was descerated, what does all this show? Will this lead to anything fruitful? All this only shows the shallowness and ignorance of the person who engages in such a behaviour and actions. Any kind of prejudice is not really healthy and does not lead to anything that can be positive and fruitful. If i could wish and if GOD could grant me that wish i would as for PEACE... May he grant me that..
